They had my car 4 times for the same problem before they gave me a loaner until they could fix mine on the fifth attempt. Took almost a week. It's my first new car, so I'm not familiar with the things I should get, but my neighbor saw me cleaning my car out when I got it back and said, "your dealer didn't do that for you"? Nope! My wife took me down and dropped me off at the dealer each trip, so she drove me EIGHT times for that BRAND NEW CAR! I can tell you that if you are looking for the" dealer experience " it is my opinion that .Tynans isn't the place. More

Buyer Beware, Hidden Fees and Car Salesman Word Shuffle Please know that for your sale, the final contract price will be $2,000 more than the advertised and negotiated sale price because Tynan's will add mu Please know that for your sale, the final contract price will be $2,000 more than the advertised and negotiated sale price because Tynan's will add multiple dealer options to the bottom line price (such as the Stolen Vehicle Protection) that you will have no opportunity to decline - they say 'non-negotiable'. Additionally, Tynan's will state that there is a lifetime protection for a long list of car parts, like the transmission (they like to talk this one up because transmissions are expensive to fix) but the 'catch' is that you have to get your service performed perfectly on the times listed in the service manual and at Tynan's service center; they are VERY expensive for even basic maintenance like oil changes. The VWs will sell themselves due to the prices, car options, and the reliability. Tynan's makes it's money off of all of the add-ons they will nail you with. More

As always-awesome job by Tom and the Tynan's service techs My daughter's Jetta started randomly shutting down various accessories, including the very necessary wipers, A/C, and heating. Many of these items we My daughter's Jetta started randomly shutting down various accessories, including the very necessary wipers, A/C, and heating. Many of these items were on different fused circuitst. After spending over $2200 at another shop replacing control modules and other electrical items, I was ready to basically just donate the car to a charity, but decided I would let Tynan's look at it as they have done so much great work for me in the past on my 3 TDI's. They quickly discovered that an aux-cord/USB setup purchased and installed by Best Buy was shorting out. What made matters worse is that the power line for that setup was not via a single line fused wire directly to the battery, rather it was plugged into the Convenience Control Module. This short would reset the module, shutting items off. AWESOME JOB. Show now has her car back, working like a top. THANK YOU TOM TRAN & CREW! More
