All were taken care of efficiently with great communication. Having just one car in Aurora right now it was especially convenient to use the pickup/dropoff service. On time and very professional with social distancing and PPE protocols. My only complaint and it won't impact my scoring is I'm tired of being told every service visit that I need new tires. The tread measurements provided are consistently under-stated. I have bought six new VWs since 2012 and Tynan's has serviced them. This is not a random observation. I understand tech bonuses for selling additional parts and service, but please knock it off. I can also measure tread depth. More

I have had soo many encounters with this company since purchasing my VE Atlas New! Every time it is a complete headache, they never fix my car in less than a week, they have caused me soo many inconvenien purchasing my VE Atlas New! Every time it is a complete headache, they never fix my car in less than a week, they have caused me soo many inconveniences and all they ever say so “oh well we didn’t build your car”. I will never buy a VW again . I don’t recommend Tynans to anyone in fact I tell them to run the other way. I have never been satisfied with my service or my car. It’s always getting a recalled part and I have literally gone without my car for over 4 months total in just repair time. This place is a disgrace from the salesman to the mechanics department. Nobody seems to know their job, total lack of customer service, overall lack of ability to make the customer number 1. More
