They also was very competitive with other dealers and gave me more than what Ford was offering me on my vehicle. I was upside down like crazy and that money off the car helped tremendously. This is my second time buying from this dealership in a year and each time I left surprised and with new keys in my hand. This is the only place I will get my cars. Good Service, would recommend that the service desk personnel remind the customers who are getting a trans service that it will more than likely take all day for that service to be done. I did not work directly with the sales team, I only overheard a conversation between two sales members. The conversation between the two members concerned only targeting people with bad credit for advertisements. The entire conversation sounded predatory and didn’t leave me with a sense that the sales team would have a buyer’s best interest at heart. This type of interaction further leads me to believe that Tesla’s sales model is the future and dealerships are on the way out. More
