Buying my car was never an issue! Liram was respectful and truly helpful! It’s after buying my car that was an issue. My title paperwork was never sent to the DMV and when I called Tynan’s to fix the prob and truly helpful! It’s after buying my car that was an issue. I had a problem with the hankook ventus A1 noble 2 tires on my 2020 Tiguan trying to get it past 7mph. Vibration in steering wheel. Took it back 2 times found tires out of balance. Had service shop manager on my 2020 Tiguan trying to get it past 7mph. Vibration in steering wheel. Took it back 2 times found tires out of balance. Had service shop manager Bob ride with me they check steering components everything point to tires. Talk to Garrett Service Manager he spoke to VW and agreed to try new tires put on Michelin tires my gas mileage is starting to come by back vibration is gone and Tiguan doesn't run stiff like a tank over bumps. Garrett made executive decision world of difference. On the day I went there Tech Jordan went out of his way by helping me with placing my $500 knee brace in back seat but he put it on plastic and back in box I thought that was awesome I went up to service writer Caruther and Garrett and told him what he did to recognize his customer service was awesome.
