Just for a simple headlamp change and to diagnose a sound coming from the car , they took the car in at 9:30 but didnt start working on it after 2 followups by me. I then talked to his manager and he atleast changed the lam and gave the car back. I've taken my 2008 Jetta to Tynan's for service since I purchased my car in 2010. I am a very loyal customer. His professionalism and friendliness goes a long way. His dedication shows and it is very much appreciated. Hang on to him at all costs! Ron, the driver is a gem too (although I didn't use the pickup/drop-off services this time). If there's any room for improvement, next time it would be nice to have a loaner vehicle available, but I know that's not always doable. And hopefully next time the internet isn't down, but overall, I had a very pleasant experience. More
