Omar and Chris were really friendly and worked hard to make the deal happen. However, the dealership’s explanation about the ID.4 was a bit confusing. Earlier this week, they mentioned they had an ID.4 they couldn’t sell because it was rear-wheel drive. Later, they reached out and said the car was in high demand, asking me to come to the dealership right away. I would have bought the car anyway, but the pressure they created made me feel uneasy. It would have been great if they could have been more open and honest with me from the beginning. More

It’s hard to put into words the incredible experience we had with Tynan’s not just once but twice. Between the attention to us, to detail, test driving experience, information about options, car selection a had with Tynan’s not just once but twice. Between the attention to us, to detail, test driving experience, information about options, car selection and evaluation were stellar. Aiden really was thorough, easy to work with and personable. He had full support from Gregory throughout making sure everything we had the right numbers for each option. Tom was a complete delight. Not only was he knowledgeable and had everything ready for us, he was very pleasant to work with and had everything signed and ready in less than 10 minutes. The whole process took an astonishing 90 minutes and would have been less had we not asked them to run different options over and over. We’re extremely pleased with our new vehicles, the trade-in offered for our old ones, the benefits included with our offers, and the outstanding people at Tynan’s. More
