No waiting, friendly, knowledgeable, accurate in saying that it would take 3 days to get the keys in stock. Also informed me that it would take 2 hours to program the 2 VW Beetle keys. Justin was very friendly and not at all typical “high pressure” sales people associated with car dealerships usually are. I dropped my car off they said it would be three days, no one called I called on the 4th day, bc I had no communication. They said it would be a few more days bc of the machine being down. I got my car back one called I called on the 4th day, bc I had no communication. They said it would be a few more days bc of the machine being down. I got my car back the next day and they stretched my car they did not seem apologetic and only owned up to it after o called them out on it. This dealership really does not know how to take care of their customers. More

We recently leased a 2024 VW ID. 4 from Tynan and had a fantastic experience thanks to Justin. I took my ID4 in because my range after a full charge is only about 120 miles (at sale, it was indicated to me the range was 260) . After dropping off, I got a call that there is nothing wrong w battery an only about 120 miles (at sale, it was indicated to me the range was 260) . After dropping off, I got a call that there is nothing wrong w battery and I should be getting 184 miles range. (still not sure how it goes from 260 down to 184, but at this point I would take the 184). I asked to speak to the technician. However, I was only called back by the woman at the counter. I Told her to have them charge it up and look at the screen-- I indicated it will only show a maximum mileage of 120. They again contacted me and said the battery is fine and I could pick up my car. when I went to pick the car up, I noticed the battery was still charged only to about 30% -- they never even charged the battery up full so they could observe what I was referring to. Very disappointing experience. Did not solve the problem and I wasted, a day back-and-forth. More

Kind folks, but service appointments are worthless. My car sat idle on the Nissan parking lot for three days before service began. With two hours repairs where done.
