Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this dealership, at least the service departments advisors . If it wasn’t for Sam who helped me change my tires on the side of their building because Cauther refused to do a the service departments advisors . If it wasn’t for Sam who helped me change my tires on the side of their building because Cauther refused to do a price match at $100 less, I would give this place a zero. Then charging me $40 restocking fee which I had to pay some in change (things happen) but the rudeness I received was impeccable. It’s as if they hire the most unprofessional and trivial people they can. Eugene stood above the rest , he was kind and helpful. So Thanks to Sam and Eugene this dealership gets a 2 ! Also when I drive up and you’re a sales guy, Don’t ask me if I’m in the wrong place ?! More

The thing I like most about this service center is the honesty and transparency of the customer service team. I had taken my VW to another local dealer and while the work was done well, I learned to just honesty and transparency of the customer service team. I had taken my VW to another local dealer and while the work was done well, I learned to just double the time estimate they would provide. I would be told they could have the car back to me in 4 hours so I would make plans accordingly but then it would end up taking 8+ hours. As I told them, I wouldn’t care if you had initially told me it was going to take 8 hours but it’s incredibly frustrating to be told one time and have it be twice as long. Anyhow, that was my reason for the switch and I’ve been very happy with the honesty and transparency of this team, as well as the quality of the work performed. More
