I took my car in because the push button start wasn't working. They replaced my battery and battery cable to the toon of almost $500. As soon as I drove after the repair it wouldn't start again. It was t working. They replaced my battery and battery cable to the toon of almost $500. As soon as I drove after the repair it wouldn't start again. It was the brake switch. So I took it back and they fixed it within a few minutes. Two days without my car and nearly $500 for them to misdiagnose the problem. I was not happy. My last Nissan had the same brake switch push button ignition problem. At this point Nissan should fix this issue in how they make their cars. More

We Purchased a Rav-4 from Tom (salesman). Overall it was a great experience. Tom was very patient with our test drive and when we were checking out the third row seats we noticed the rear sea Overall it was a great experience. Tom was very patient with our test drive and when we were checking out the third row seats we noticed the rear seat rails wouldn’t adjust. He said they would fix that if we purchased the vehicle. So we decided this car was right for us. They had to find the parts found them but it took a while for the shipping (which took 2-1/2 weeks). Only took the service department a few hours to get the job done. We are very pleased with our interaction and would do business with them again if the occasion presented itself. More
