I love our Rogue, BUT when we got it home we noticed a dent in the left front fender that was not disclosed during the negotiations. What a great group I came from close to 400 miles away and basically had the deal made over the phone. Not only did they have everything in order and ready to go, but I had a great opportunity to look at some other vehicles in the same make. I found one that had a few more options in it than the one I had picked and they made the deal even sweeter, so I bought it. There was absolutely no pressure and they went out of their way to help! 2013 Nissan Juke Nismo Alex was a pleasure to work with, he really wanted to work with us and honor our request's he was a good listener. Made us feel comfortable. Marcus was also a pleasure to work with and worked with us to stay within our budget. He was also nice enought to add Tint to the two front windows. On the other hand the guys that worked on detailing the car brought it back with the same scratches they were suppose to remove unfortunately i had to leave that that day I and had to bring it back the next business which was Monday. They also gave me a spare key that belonged to another car. But overall we are very happy with our call and would recomend Alex to our friend. More

Amazing Service We went in to look at a used Nissan Rouge. They did not have any in stock but then begin to ask us what we needed in a new car. We had been to dealerships all night and it was the first that we did not feel we had to rush through. They worked with us on a 2014 Rouge. They did what they could to get the price where we wanted it and to make sure that our payments were where we needed them. Even when they was a mix up and we had to redo the paperwork, they were amazing and even tinted our windows for us. I have to say that they got a know us and our son and were so friendly. Great people to work with. More

I went in looking to make a purchase on a Nissan Rogue... Spoke with Jonathan and explained what I was dealing with... Income, Credit, trade in and he said he was sure he could help. After I completed the paperwork he came back and said the finance company would only finance a Altima or Juke at a ridiculous monthly payment. When I think about it now he was even skeptical about me test driving the Rogue and pushed me into completing the credit app first. He said he approached several banks but that was the best offer he could give me. He never showed me any official paperwork only hand written scribbles on a folded piece of paper. I just felt like it wasn't right so I approached a other Nissan dealer and they immediately financed me through NMAC, I've been driving my new car since Monday (4 days). I guess Tynans didn't want my business or I just wouldn't let them overcharge me. Maybe they think a woman going into a dealership alone can be taken advantage of. Stay away from this place! More
