Amazing as usual I've been coming for my car problem to Tynan's Nissan Aurora since August 2011. All I can cay is thanks a lot to my advisor Lucas Clearwater. If I have a little difficult question which requires a manager level, Jason Simons is always have time to listen my problem and resolve it as soon as possible. I'm happy I have some people I can trust about my car issues. Last my visit was because battery of my car has died without noticing me. One day I was driving, the following morning, I couldn't start my car at all. I have a road side assistance from my insurance, they charged the battery, I came to Lukas, 30 minutes later I had a new battery. When I have even a small problem or any question I go to Luke, and Brian. I don't want to offend other advisors, I've never worked with them, I work with Luke, and Brian, and Jason, Every single time after visiting this Service department, I'm really appreciated to these people. I'm happy I have people at this service department who take care of my car. More
