Poor Mgmt I bought a pathfinder got it certified and have had multiple problems with the worst service from mgmt and sales or service dept .They treat you like I bought a pathfinder got it certified and have had multiple problems with the worst service from mgmt and sales or service dept .They treat you like you are bothering them and will tell you they cannot find a problem. the next visit charge you for fixing the problem they said you didn't have the time before. Left car for three days to get repairs and it was never touched said they were booked up but couldn't reschedule. Was worried about returning rental but not fixing my car . That would be false!! I still have NOT been contacted by anyone from Twin City! I was asked several weeks ago to send photos of car to Mike, which I did immediately! When and if this problem has been resolved, I will post an update with steps taken to correct the problem. Believe me when I say, I would like nothing better than to be able to update my original review with a positive one. Great customer service deserves as much recognition as negative. So, No! Your understanding is wrong. I would very much appreciate being contacted by someone so I know where I stand on this issue, and what I need to do next. More
Worth the drive to Oak Ridge On 12-12-17 I met a salesman told him what I was specifically interested in which was a 2017-18 Nissan Versa he gathered my information and 10 minutes On 12-12-17 I met a salesman told him what I was specifically interested in which was a 2017-18 Nissan Versa he gathered my information and 10 minutes later pulled up in a used Versa and asked me to drive it said that was the only one they could get financed ? Note he said it was $16,000.00 the new versa sticker price at this dealership was $15,000.00 THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!! save your time and go to Oak Ridge Nissan bought a new Nissan versa out the door $11,000.00 sticker price !! Twin City Nissan is a JOKE don't make the same mistake I did and waster almost 3 hours of your time when I should have drove 10 minutes down the road to a 5 star dealership More

However, when time came to negotiate the price and trade, I saw how their sales manager really treats people! Was lured in with a newspaper ad that they then would not honor. Then they misrepresented the price of the vehicle by saying...they would sale me the vehicle for X price and pay off my trade. However, with just a quick glance it was obvious that the trade pay off was then added onto the backside of the loan. When I questioned the salesman he told me I was wrong. After I got up to leave he got the sales manager who proceeded to not only tell me I was wrong, but speak to me like I was an idiot. Incapable of understanding such technical math. I was very disappointed and obviously will not do business with them in the future. Many other Nissan dealers in the Knoxville area. More
In and out the door with a new car! I preselected a 2017 Nissan Versa SV on the Nissan website and found Twin City Nissan to have a better selection of vehicles. I was able to go straigh I preselected a 2017 Nissan Versa SV on the Nissan website and found Twin City Nissan to have a better selection of vehicles. I was able to go straight to the car that I wanted, hand Matthew my driver's license and test drive the car. Within a couple of hours, I was walking out with keys in hand. But not before Matthew had a chance to introduce me to Cory, one of the service techs that will help me keep up with the maintenance of my new vehicle. Matthew even hooked up my Bluetooth! I had a wonderful car buying experience. It was easy and convenient! More
Said car has no problems, has multiple problems. Purchased a 2009 Civic with 50k miles, cash. Was told by two SALES REPS that there were no problems. Driving it home I noticed the CV joint was bad $4 Purchased a 2009 Civic with 50k miles, cash. Was told by two SALES REPS that there were no problems. Driving it home I noticed the CV joint was bad $400+ to fix. Weather stripping was dry rotted and came detached while driving home, banging against the paint and window on the interstate leaving scratches. If my window was down it would have put out my eye. Had to pull over. I've had the car for less than 2 weeks and I already regret it. Never again. More

My salesperson Phillip Bizak was very patient with me. He respected my car choice, price point and time. I NEVER FELT PRESSURED! He walked me through the process and made me feel like I was his only client. The finance portion was tedious, but Gabriel worked hard to find me an even better rate than my own credit union offered me. I am so thankful to Phillip and Gabriel for making this a great experience for me. I purchased a great car at a great price from a great company! Bless you Twin City Nissan. Great Experience! I went into Twin City Nissan with a specific car in mind. I was helped right away by Matthew Garber. Matthew took his time showing me all my different I went into Twin City Nissan with a specific car in mind. I was helped right away by Matthew Garber. Matthew took his time showing me all my different options, and when they didn't have the perfect car I was looking for he helped me create it! After leaving and doing my research I realized they had the most competitive prices and went back to purchase the car. Even though already gone for the day Matthew went out of his way to come back and help me close the deal. If you shop here with twin city I highly recommend him, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time with me and seemed to genuinely cared about what I was looking for instead of just trying to push a sale on me. I also have had serval problems with my Nissan rouge recently, and have had several places tell me nothing was wrong with it though clearly it was shaking and the air conditioner was making noise. Cory in the service department was able to figure out and fix the problem in no time. My car is driving get and the air conditioner is running awesome just in time for this heat wave. It's so nice to deal with people who know what they are doing. Thanks twin city for making my process so easy! More

Since I am in the middle of a divorce/mess and had with my credit score, financially...I DID NOT THINK THERE WAS ANY WAY I WOULD EVEN GET APPROVED FOR ANYTHING...MUCH LESS THIS GOOD OF A DEAL?!?!??!! HOWEVER...Mike Jones and Bill Keeton did better than this?!?!?!!? Met all my criteria and even got me in a car that had less than 11,000 miles on it WITH NO CO-SIGNER AND...even though the car was 7 years old, it drove, looked and even SMELLED new?!?!?! :-) LOVE MY LITTLE CAR!!!!! Thank you all SOOO much!!!! As Bill said, "girl, you found a needle in a hay stack"?!?!?! :-) LOL!!! BILL...YOU ARE SO RIGHT?!?!?!?! THANKS AGAIN, GUYS!!!!
