I wish I could tell you this dealership was different than the typical car dealership, but I can't. I wish I could tell you I didn't wait for an unnecessary 10 to 15 minutes to be told no after my first than the typical car dealership, but I can't. I wish I could tell you I didn't wait another 10 to 15 minutes before the sales manager (Phase 2) came to give a semi-reasonable counteroffer, but I can't. I wish could tell you that when we went to the finance guy (Phase 3) that he didn't try to sell me an extended warranty dropping the price 5 different times and FAILING to tell me that it included a $100 dollar deductible every time you get a repair, but I can't. I wish I could tell you that when I called the Dealership Manager about my concern about the finance guy that he did more than say, "I will address that with him", but I can't. I wish I could tell you this is the worst car dealership I have ever been to, but I can't. I have experienced worse, but Twin City Nissan is your standard stereotypical car dealership, makes the customer feel uncomfortable and make them more money. More

Overall a great experience. Just filed bankruptcy a few weeks ago and Mike drove around In the rain to find a good car for me. Mike did go above and beyond in a lot of areas...Even down to laminating some old pictures I have in my dash that are very important to me. Overall I am very pleased and in love with my car! More

Places like this are why people don't like car shopping I went in to look at a Honda Fit I had seen on Auto Trader and when I went in I told them I had a wedding to get to in a few hours. They dragged their feet interminably and I should have just walked out. I told them I wanted to finance the car through my credit union. Their finance guy browbeat me in to signing paperwork which while it did go through my credit union tacked on a bunch of extra fees along with it. I missed my friend's wedding ceremony. I was quite perturbed. What saved me was I didn't qualify for the amount they were trying to put through. In the end, I financed the car directly with my credit union with no issues and no inflated fees. I am satisfied with the Honda Fit that I got but it was despite the dealership, not because of it. I will never go back to them even if they have a car I am interested in, it's just not worth the hassle. More

Rude Salesman We went to purchase a car in the low 20k range. Our salesman Sal was pushy from the start, showing us cars in the 26-30k range. Told us we would have the same payments if we get a longer loan or we could just lease brand new car. We told him we were not interested in those and would still like to look in the 20k range. After looking some and not seeing anything we were wanting we realized we needed to regroup and do more research. We explained we were giving our current car to our soon to be 16 year old. Sal told us we shouldn't do that and started arguing with my husband. We decided to walk away. My husband looked at me and said this is unbelievable. Sal turned around and screamed in front of everyone, "Yeah, Unbelievable!!" I could not believe how rude this salesman was! We will never go back here! More

Plan to pay off anyway, last paperwork looks like that will penalize me!! Told one amount including taxes and no admin fee (untrue), added taxes and admin fee after sitting down with finance officer. Finance officer prodded several times that I needed warranty and cost was huge, especially when first told covered!! . Told vehicle AWD (LIE), told 5 days to change mind (not according to paperwork)!!! Very disappointing experience, I will not buy another vehicle or recommend this dealership! More
