Less then 2 weeks after I got it the fuel pump goes out. The warrenty they sold me refused to pay to fix it. I took it to a different dealership to be fixed & they found that it also had an oil leak, transmission leak, & needed an axle. But yet according to them all their cars must pass an inspection. I was told by 2 different shops that no way they inspected that car & passed it. When I was trying to talk to them about everything wrong with it & how the warranty wasn't wanting to cover some of it even though I had just gotten the car I was told that I shouldn't bother fixing it as long as it was still drivable & just wait till it completely broke down then the warrenty would cover it. I'm guessing they didn't understand that sometimes small things can also make your car not run. Then did let me use a loaner car for a little bit but then tried taking it back before mine was fixed, & then threw it up to me that they didn't leave me stranded. But yet if they wouldn't have lied & told me the car was inspected then I wouldn't have needed a loaner & I still had to pay over $1000 in repairs for a car I just got. I went here because they had good reviews but I'd has been a terrible experience. Also when I got the car home they 1st day I got it. I was looking through it some more & found that they didn't even clean out some of the compartments & I found a clear bag with 2 pills in it. They got me . They seen I was a woman who doesn't know much about cars, they took the last trade in they got that didn't have a lot of miles on it. Told me want I wanted to hear, claimed they had inspected it & made sure it was in good shape when they didn't. Sold me a warranty that doesn't want to cover anything & sent me home with a car that not only was messed up but they didn't even bother cleaning out. They are untrustworthy. They do not return phone calls. More
We brought our 2016 Sentra to this dealership because of a brake switch recall. The car had less than 23,000 miles on it and we had no problems with it. The only reason we brought it in was because of the r a brake switch recall. The car had less than 23,000 miles on it and we had no problems with it. The only reason we brought it in was because of the recall. Within a few days of their work on the brake switch, the car started to lose power and would not accelerate over 20 mph.We tried to call to ask what we should do. The phone rang for several minutes with no one answering. We live within 3 miles of the dealership. So we drove to the dealership while the phone was still ringing. Upon arrival at the dealership, the service manager walked up and asked how he could help. We told him that we were on phone trying to get a response. At this point we were asked if we had an appointment. We then told him what the car was doing. He told us that the brake switch replacement had nothing to do with the loss of power. He made us an appointment and said he could make the car make the car drivable until our appointment. The car lost power two times on the 3 mile trip back to our house. We had the car towed to another Nissan dealership. They determined the stop lamp recall was performed wrong. We will not be using this dealership. I am grateful we were not involved in an accident. I bought a 2021 Nissan Sentra last year. Since buying this Sentra I have had nothing but trouble. I continuously take my car in for issues but they are not getting fixed. I have taken it in Since buying this Sentra I have had nothing but trouble. I continuously take my car in for issues but they are not getting fixed. I have taken it in 3x for the sensors beeping and my car seizing up in the middle of Alcoa Hwy. When taking my car in for the third time they finally decided to work on it (I had pictures of what the dash was reading when my car locked up) but each time before that I took it in I was asked if my sensors were dirty or if it was foggy. I wash my car almost every day so no, it wasn't dirty. It was then suggested to me that I just turn the Sensors off. Really? I am paying for this car and for a warranty to have to just turn my sensors off every day? What a joke but eventually got it fixed. Next, Took my car to the dealer for a routine oil change and told him I was losing power when I am accelerating and he actually had the gall to ask me if I was pressing the brake and gas at the same time. Would I have been asked that question if I did not have a xxxxxx? This was nothing more than an insult to my intelligence. I am almost 40 years old and have been driving since I was 13. I was far past insulted and you guessed it, I was told there was nothing wrong with my car. There's more, There is a recall on the Tie Rod on my car so I took it in for the scheduled oil change and brought up the recall and mentioned that I had been hearing popping and grinding from my front driver side tire as well. Was told there was nothing wrong with my car. The car and steering wheel began vibrating not long after and I called to schedule yet another appointment where I was once again told there was nothing wrong with my car. It has been months now that I have been dealing with this so I make yet another appointment a couple of weeks ago and I told them again that the vibrating is getting so bad and that the tire is wobbling from side to side when I drive. The service department has my car for about 15 minutes before coming back and telling me that my tires are just wearing down and that they are only good for about 30k-35k miles. Well, I am at 25k and only my front driver side tire is bald and now has big chunks out of it from the wobbling being so bad (only on the one tire) and I am now having to air my tire up every morning because it is on 10-25 pounds where the air is seeping out of the ONE WORN TIRE. I was then told by the same guy that I ALWAYS deal with in the service department that it is completely safe to drive. I hydroplane 3 times the following day and almost wreck on one of them. My fiancee' (also a female) calls and asks for the Manager/Supervisor and he actually sets us an appointment to get the car seen for the 4th time about the same issue and she takes the car in last week. They have now decided that I need a new strut and it has to be ordered. Okay, So now we know that there was a problem the whole time and I was not making up the issue I was having because my fiancee' complained about us not being listened to and someone actually checked it out instead of just looking at my car and diagnosing. So now here I sit expected to replace the tire that is bad only because the car has not been properly looked at or fixed for MONTHS, but not because I didn't report the problem. If I had to guess it is because I am a female and that hinders me from having any common sense or mechanical abilities. Funny thing is, I DO! I do Maintenance on machines everyday at my job. There is absolutely no reason that only one of my tires should be worn and the rest be in perfect condition if there was not a problem with my vehicle. The problem I tried to get fixed over, and over, and over, and over again. I was once again told today by the same man from the service department that my one tire was worn because I did not rotate my tires at my last visit yesterday. Are you serious? I was also told today that the tires aren't suppose to wear evenly and this is not out of the ordinary for only one tire to be this damaged. I don't care about the money for the tire. I work! I can pay my way just fine. It is now principle! Had I been listened to any of the times before my car would not be in the shape it is in. I own a older model Cobalt and when I tell you that that 12 year old car runs better than my brand new one, I am not exaggerating. I am disgusted with this Service Department and I will be damned if I ever take that car back there, I will first take a loss on the car and trade it to a company who listens to me instead of assuming that I am an idiot. BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE AND TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECIEVED. I have no complaints with the other departments but the service department is the worst I have ever dealt with! More
I will never take my car to twin city Nissan again. I told the service advisor Brown Rudder when I took my car in the headlights were too dim. I had purchased the car at CarMax in North Carolina. When I told the service advisor Brown Rudder when I took my car in the headlights were too dim. I had purchased the car at CarMax in North Carolina. When I drove it home that night back to Seymour I had to use my brights in order to see on the interstate. When I got my car back Brown Rudder told me the headlights passed the inspection just fine. Wrong! I took my car to CarMax in Knoxville and the mechanic there said Ma’am you should not even be driving that car at night. CarMax ordered new headlights and put them in for me I checked into it and there had been a huge lawsuit about the headlights in Nissan Altimas for the years 2013 -2018. By law any Nissan dealer is supposed to replace any defective headlights from 2013 -2018. It is a very real safety issue. Also my headlights had oxygenation in them. I was very disappointed with the neglect from this Nissan dealer. More

I wish I could tell you this dealership was different than the typical car dealership, but I can't. I wish I could tell you I didn't wait for an unnecessary 10 to 15 minutes to be told no after my first than the typical car dealership, but I can't. I wish I could tell you I didn't wait for an unnecessary 10 to 15 minutes to be told no after my first offer, but I can't. I wish I could tell you I didn't wait another 10 to 15 minutes before the sales manager (Phase 2) came to give a semi-reasonable counteroffer, but I can't. I wish could tell you that when we went to the finance guy (Phase 3) that he didn't try to sell me an extended warranty dropping the price 5 different times and FAILING to tell me that it included a $100 dollar deductible every time you get a repair, but I can't. I wish I could tell you that when I called the Dealership Manager about my concern about the finance guy that he did more than say, "I will address that with him", but I can't. I wish I could tell you this is the worst car dealership I have ever been to, but I can't. I have experienced worse, but Twin City Nissan is your standard stereotypical car dealership, makes the customer feel uncomfortable and make them more money. More
Overall a great experience. Just filed bankruptcy a few weeks ago and Mike drove around In the rain to find a good car for me. Some miscommunication or misunderstanding on the finance part and would have l weeks ago and Mike drove around In the rain to find a good car for me. Some miscommunication or misunderstanding on the finance part and would have liked for them to be a little more open and up front about the price of the car and fees and such. Mike did go above and beyond in a lot of areas...Even down to laminating some old pictures I have in my dash that are very important to me. Overall I am very pleased and in love with my car! More
