I bought a used car in 2007. Originally, it was $12,000, but the finance dept. (some guy by the last name F. Moyameh? called me after a week and told me my car loan was not approved. He lied to me, found me but the finance dept. (some guy by the last name F. Moyameh? called me after a week and told me my car loan was not approved. He lied to me, found me a higher interest at a bank of his choice, and I ended up with a total of $15,000. It turned out that after a month I called my credit union and asked them why I was denied the loan. They had approved my loan!!!! for the $12,000. I came in as a single woman, and I feel they took advantage of me. By the way I am a university professor and most of my colleagues buy Toyotas. For sure, I would not recommend them Tustin Toyota. They stayed up waited for me to arrive - I couldn't find my title to my trade in car and they worked with me. I told them which car I wanted, how much I wanted for my trade in and what I was going to pay. I my title to my trade in car and they worked with me. I told them which car I wanted, how much I wanted for my trade in and what I was going to pay. I already had my financing done w/another source. They agreed right away; only thing was I had to take my 2nd choice in color if I wanted to drive away that night and pay lower than dealer invoice on my car choice (Avalon).Car was great -I did my research though and drove several cars in the days before at other lots. I researched what a fair trade in value was from kelly Blue Book and Edmunds. No hassle.Only the paperwork took while - even though I had financing I still had to do a credit app(not too happy about that) because they explained I could only drive off w/Toyota financing (since I was paying with check from financing source and not cash) and it was after closing hours. I invested in the additional warranty since I plan to keep my Avalon for a while. The paperwork took about 30 minutes so I was bored, but the sales guy and sales manager were great. I totally recommend. I would buy again from there. More
Nver trust the salesman there and make sure you buy you car in daytime. We went to the dealer around 2:30pm and negotiated a price for a new Siena. The salesman made us wait for 5 hrs by telling us they a car in daytime. We went to the dealer around 2:30pm and negotiated a price for a new Siena. The salesman made us wait for 5 hrs by telling us they are picking us the car and washing the car. After we signed all papers, they told us they can only find a one key (and rest keys will be readdy for us in a few days) and also told us they will fixed a scratch on one sides of the car. They sepnt five hrs tries to cover those and to get us sign the papers. More
