Mike has always made sure that. Even at times when i pop in Mike has always accomodated me and getting my vehcile in and out with minimal waiting time. I appreciate the accomodations of the customer lounge area to setup and work from. having access to Wifi is helpful, the rest of the staff have been courteous and kind from concierge to cashier. I have recommended Tustin Toyota to several people in my line of work. Thank You for the great service. More
My husband will not go anywhere else to have his car serviced. He drives 60,000 miles a year and swears by his Toyota truck. After talking with your Service Manager, Javier Bernal, I feel comfortable I have taken care of one thing I will need when I return. A great place to take my car when needed. He was courteous, considerate and full of knowledge regarding my Rav4 and it's servicing needs and the Toyota plan that comes with it. I came into Tustin Toyota to have my car serviced because there are few aftermarket places that will work on my Toyota Venza. In my past experiences with other dealer shops, I have always had the feeling th there are few aftermarket places that will work on my Toyota Venza. In my past experiences with other dealer shops, I have always had the feeling that my business was not appreciated, as well as being over-charged for items completed. However, the Service Manager (Javier Bernal) that worked with me has changed my perception of dealer service repairs. He was courteous, respectful, and seemed to really appreciate my business. He actually broke down the services that were completed and explained to me why they should be completed. Based on his actions, I would gladly return to their service shop to have my vehicle repaired/maintained at any time. Sean Willis More
When I drove up to the service department with a list of things I needed help with on my new Camry, I was expecting the normal dealer attitude. That is far far far from what I got. I first went looking for the service manager, thinking that if I start at the top, things will always be good. The service manger is Roy and he was very accommodating. I had some issues with setting up my Bluetooth on my phone and he helped me connect it right away. I told him that I used to have a Honda and that the service I was use to getting will be hard to top. What shocked me was the way he responded. He said that I was very lucky by choosing Tustin Toyota and that they will make me say the opposite about Honda! I still had some other things that I needed looking at and Roy introduced me to Chad. What can I say...Chad is by far the most informed service advisor I have ever dealt with. He calls me when he says he will and tells me exactly what is going on with no sugar coating. I am so happy that I purchased a Toyota and that I live in Tustin and that Tustin Toyota is my dealer!! I will not go anywhere else. More
I have taken our Toyota's and now our Lexas to Tustin Toyota for the last 5 years, I usually take them in for normal maintance, I deal with Javier Bernal in the service department, he is always very frie Toyota for the last 5 years, I usually take them in for normal maintance, I deal with Javier Bernal in the service department, he is always very friendly and honest and doesn't pressure us for anything that we don't need. The car is usually worked on in a reasonable time and is ready when he says it will be. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that needs service to their Toyota or Lexas. Ask for Javier, he won't steer you wrong More
