I am not one to haggle or complain so I figured the first visit would be the make it or break it. David Romero is one of the best service advisers I have ever came in contact with. Right off the bat I knew he was a sincere gentleman, very professional. Not once did I have to bring up my knowledge on cars due to his honesty. I didnt feel pressured or even "tricked" into the service he advised. I came in for a standard oil change and left with a nice tune-up making my car drive like new. I know I will be visiting Tustin Toyota in the near future. More
