VERY Pleased with my service. I have owned Toyotas most of my life and have always been able to assist myself with routine checkups. I am not one to haggle or complain so I figured the first visit would be the make it or break it. David Romero is one of the best service advisers I have ever came in contact with. Right off the bat I knew he was a sincere gentleman, very professional. Not once did I have to bring up my knowledge on cars due to his honesty. I didnt feel pressured or even "tricked" into the service he advised. I came in for a standard oil change and left with a nice tune-up making my car drive like new. I know I will be visiting Tustin Toyota in the near future. More

When I drove up to the service department with a list of things I needed help with on my new Camry, I was expecting the normal dealer attitude. That is far far far from what I got. I first went looking fo things I needed help with on my new Camry, I was expecting the normal dealer attitude. That is far far far from what I got. I first went looking for the service manager, thinking that if I start at the top, things will always be good. The service manger is Roy and he was very accommodating. I had some issues with setting up my Bluetooth on my phone and he helped me connect it right away. I told him that I used to have a Honda and that the service I was use to getting will be hard to top. What shocked me was the way he responded. He said that I was very lucky by choosing Tustin Toyota and that they will make me say the opposite about Honda! I still had some other things that I needed looking at and Roy introduced me to Chad. What can I say...Chad is by far the most informed service advisor I have ever dealt with. He calls me when he says he will and tells me exactly what is going on with no sugar coating. I am so happy that I purchased a Toyota and that I live in Tustin and that Tustin Toyota is my dealer!! I will not go anywhere else. More
