Because of the internet I believe most consumers are able to get tons of information! I believe I am one of them, So when I started the search for a new vehicle I started in the internet. My priorati list fo to get tons of information! I believe I am one of them, So when I started the search for a new vehicle I started in the internet. My priorati list for my new car was: make, model, color scheme, and a fair prize. I didn't want to be talked into anything else, so when Bruce Tine contacted me, he offered the car I wanted at a fair prize, I didn't bother to counter offer even though I had to drive over 130 miles to get to make the deal. To be honest my wife and I were still wondering if Bruce Tine was for real or just playing us before we arrived at Tustin Toyota. Everyone greeted us and asked if we needed help. We didn't feel hounded like you do at other dealerships we visited in the past. The way I like to describe our experience was like shopping at Costco. Bruce showed us the avalon, we sat down in his office and I noticed he had everything arranged. we gave our information, we then went to financing with Mr. Edwin Chang who was very polite and informative and that was it! In less than one hour we were on our way to dinner (Bruce even suggested a great restaurant nearby). Bruce has sent us pictures of us when we first saw the car. Bought my 2013 Toyota Corolla S here and love it. Mario Arellano helped me get the best possible deal and he was very attentive. I went in for routine service and was talking with the Sales Manager, Mario, and when the service technician told me I needed new brakes, Mario said "Let's get you a new car." It turned out that I could Sales Manager, Mario, and when the service technician told me I needed new brakes, Mario said "Let's get you a new car." It turned out that I could get a brand new car for roughly the same payment. I drove out a couple hours later with a brand new car and a smile on my face. I did the math and I probably saved $860.00 by getting a new car than paying for new brakes and the excess mileage charge when the lease expired. It was great. More

We were shopping for a new 2012 Highlander. After we had a bad experience at another nearby dealership, we decided to get an Internet quote. Within an hour we were in contact with Herman Sharkawi from Tusti a bad experience at another nearby dealership, we decided to get an Internet quote. Within an hour we were in contact with Herman Sharkawi from Tustin Toyota. Honestly, after hanging up the phone with him and describing the exact details and options we wanted, I told my wife we will be driving home in a brand new highlander that night. Herman was great from the first handshake, to finding pretty much the exact trim and options on the highlander we wanted, the test drive, and finally getting us the deal we felt comfortable with. After we were done with financing, Herman met us and went over all the bells and whistles that came with our newly detailed and clean Highlander. He was very knowledgable about all the options on the car and clearly explained to us how to use them. The whole experience was extremely easy and straightforward. When we buy our next car, Herman will be the guy we call again! More

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICES AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I'm not saying the do a bad job, but they seriously overcharge for their services. I compared their price quote for a major service to other dealership and saying the do a bad job, but they seriously overcharge for their services. I compared their price quote for a major service to other dealership and discovered a 30% markup for their service. Unbelievable!!! Save your money, shop around. More

We worked with Mike Momayez and Mario Arellano and they were so up front and helpful! They were so kind and really helped us out! We can't say enough good about them! We also bought a car from them two years ago as well! Edwin Chan was our Finance Manager and he too was extremely helpful! He even was able to get us a few extra add on's and keep our payment comfortable for us! We will only use these guys from here on out!
