I was in the market for a 2015 Sienna and i reached out to t Kara Vaporean at Tustin Toyota - Internet Sales Department well deserves a 5 STAR rating. I was in the market for a 2015 Sienna and i reached out to them to get their pricing. After a couple days of exchanging emails we were able to reach an agreement over the pricing of the car and she sent me the proposal with a thorough pricing breakdown, After that she confirmed everything over the phone with me. Kara was very professional all along and answered my questions promptly. The dealership was 50 miles away from me but based on the interaction i felt it was worth the drive. I got there at the dealership on a Sunday morning and Kara was already there at the office and had the car outside in a secure area for me to look at and asked me if she could answer any questions along with taking a test drive. At the dealership, i wanted to check other Sienna's, one with the brand of tires i preferred. She took the extra time checking all the other similar models to see if they had what i wanted, We found one and we took it for a test drive, everything went as planned and we started the paperwork back at Kara's office. it was quick and easy. Tustin Toyota has a Subway at the dealership, My son with us was hungry and Kara promptly offered us to get some Subway Lunch coupons, Very good customer service in my opinion. During the Lunch Break, Kara got everything setup with the finance manager and the rest of the paperwork with the finance manager Anthony was a breeze as well, No extra pressure to buy anything and he took the time to explain everything and all the questions i had. Again top notch experience during the financing process. By the time i was done with finance manager, Kara had the car ready, detailed and with a full tank of gas. She went over everything with us about the car and promptly had everything we needed to get the car and drive off. Car buying is stressful but Kara at Tustin Toyota made the process simple for us, and the best part was, once the sale price was negotiated there were no surprises anywhere in the rest of the buying process and everything went as planned. I would strongly recommend Tustin Toyota if you are in the market for a new Toyota Vehicle. More

Purchase tacoma 2015 Tustin Toyota has to be the only dealership wehrer you feel like you are at home. I have gone to this dealership all my life. My parents got a 2006 Camry and a Tacoma in 2006 and we had the privelage to have Mario and Jesus Leon as our agents. THey made the BEST financial plan that we can get and I mean the BEST. WE were able to get both cars in the same day because of their GREAT help. Now, just like weekend we went back to Toyota to get another Tacoma Access Cab. Once again Mario and Jesus were able to come up with a great financial plan, one that we were satisfied. I highly, without any doubt, recommend to see Jesus and Mario on your next car purchase. I took my 2008 Toyota Prius to the Tustin Toyota dealership 3 times with the same issue (check engine light turned on and the engine stopped running). I’m thinking because of the lemon law they lied about the root cause of the problem. At first, they told us the main battery needed to be replaced. Then after we left the car in their shop for more than 4 weeks they said the problem was with the transmission. During that time they had lend us a car, however, they put more than 3,400 millage on our car. We asked them why they put so many miles on our Prius and the answer was “Because we had to drive the car to test it”. 3,400 miles, really? More

When I purchased the vehicle, the rear camera had a perfec My workorder was 631147. Came in to get my new 4runner rear camera alignment problem fixed. When I purchased the vehicle, the rear camera had a perfect view of the back. It only showed the bumper area and had a nice view of oncoming vehicles coming from the sides. now the camera alignment is off and it is slanted downwards showing the license plate and less of the oncoming vehicles from the sides. What I got from the service department was, "there is nothing we can do, all of our cars are like this". This is a lie. I purchased my car there and it was not like this when I purchased it. I'm currently dealing with Toyota corporate on this issue. The service advisor I dealt with was named Earl Pike #176. Very unhelpful. I will not going back for any purchases or services. More
