When I exhibited a little skepticism and cancelled the appointment, Bob the GM reached out to me and assured me all was as negotiated. No markup, in fact he reduced the MSRP in addition to the factory rebate reduction. He had the 4 runner and two sales professionals ready and waiting and all went exactly as expected. I was very pleasantly surprised. Because I, like most, have had memorable (and not good memories) experiences in the past with major dealerships and their sales games. I was not going to spend hours upon hours in the dealership this time, and didn't. I was thoroughly impressed with Bob and his team at Tustin Toyota, will recommend them and will return in the future. More

Same-day appointment for a recall repair I was able to schedule a recall repair for a few hours after I called the service department at Tustin Toyota. I was running late so I called back and I was able to schedule a recall repair for a few hours after I called the service department at Tustin Toyota. I was running late so I called back and phone representative, Edgar, rescheduled me for a little later in the afternoon. The first recall repair team to which the vehicle was referred had a full schedule but service advisor, Loren found another team of mechanics that could take care of the repair promptly: The recall repair was done in half the time that was estimated. The waiting room was clean, with tables spaced to support social distancing. When I went outside to pick up my vehicle, not one but two polite employees offered to bring the car to the entrance of the building, even though I could see that it was parked across the service driveway, less than a minute's walk away. The only thing that wasn't done was rinsing the car after it was serviced, but I think that this may have been due to Covid 19 restrictions. Otherwise, great, professional service as usual. More

I have been with Jorge for many years, i lost count of it, probably around 6-7 years. He is the most genuine, trustworthy, kind and knowledgable person I have ever worked with( I did worked with other advisors prior before Jorge). My father now is taking his Lexus to him as well and found Jorge excellent and honest (my dad worked for Toyota headquarter for over 35 years so he knows his stuff). I love Tustin Toyota, and I really love Jorge, i hope he never leaves CUZ i will be leaving with him. More
