I dropped off my car early morning. Was supposed to get a call from the service advisor early that afternoon, no call. Worse customer service. They did not want to help us at all. If it is not about our program, where we have limits of the dealer to buy a car. I would never buy a car from here. They did not let me have time to read the document and contact, they tell me to sign whatever they asked. I was so upset that I told them to stop and let me read the document. Also, the sale price of this dealer is higher compare to other dealers. So if you can buy a car from another dealer. I highly suggest you do it. Otherwise, you would have to wait 6 hours here and pay 500 dollars extra for some nonsense reason. In conclusion, they only serve you if you are rich (willing to pay them money immediately) and they ignore you if you are poor(use government program). More
