I had a 10:20 appointment for the first prepaid maintenance on a new hybrid and at 12:30pm they came to say they had not yet started anything. I informed them that I had an appointment I could not maintenance on a new hybrid and at 12:30pm they came to say they had not yet started anything. I informed them that I had an appointment I could not miss or postpone at 2pm, and if they could not get the car finished by that time I would need to reschedule. I am writing this at 1:10 after wasting more than three hours at a dealership that failed at what must be a simple task and did not even have the courtesy to get me on my way when they realized they had scheduled far too much work for their mechanics. Traded in my old F-150 Truck six months ago. I bought my vehicle in 2012. I have another dealership closer to me but I always bring my vehicle to Tustin Toyota because it is the best for service. I have never had an issue with the service or the sta closer to me but I always bring my vehicle to Tustin Toyota because it is the best for service. I have never had an issue with the service or the staff. My last service representative was Cesar and when I requested the speediest service possible he delivered. My vehicle was done much earlier than the estimate. Very happy with this dealership! More
