I cannot say enough good things about Janell Keogh and Tustin Mazda! Hands down, it is the best dealership in town! I received a letter from Janell Keogh reminding me that the lease on my current Mazda wa Tustin Mazda! Hands down, it is the best dealership in town! I received a letter from Janell Keogh reminding me that the lease on my current Mazda was ending in the next few months. The letter also included information about the next steps I could take. It didn't stop with a letter. Janell called me to say "Hello" and check in to see how things were going for me. She wanted to make sure that I didn't miss an opportunity to take advantage of the current promotion that Tustin Mazda was offering. I scheduled my appointment with Janell and went to the dealership just a few days later. By the time I arrived, Janell had already walked the lot to confirm the car inventory so I would know exactly what cars were available for me. I quickly identified the next car I was interested in leasing. We then moved inside to begin the process of finalizing the new terms of a new lease. A few minutes later, John Patterson, the owner of the dealership passed by to greet me and thank me for my business. Shortly after that, I finished up the paperwork and I was out the door and on my way. The experience was so personal yet professional, efficient and thoughtful.
