He made sure everything on the car was setup with me before we left (as far as features, options), full tank of gas, and properly cleaned. Will highly recommend him to friends and family if they are seeking a vehicle in the future. Debbie was also awesome from financing. Very kind and had us out in no time. Overall my experience at Tustin Mazda has been one of the best in all my dealership experiences. More

He found me the car I want down to the color, trim, mileage and all the technology, premium sound, and every detail I asked for at the price I wanted. The financing was a breeze too. He promptly answers to my texts and calls and been sending me videos to help me break into my car. Such a good dude, polite, charismatic, honest and efficient. Highly recommend Chance and Tustin Mazda. I worked with him online from outside of the area and have to say it was honestly one of the smoothest car purchases I've had. Chance was well versed I worked with him online from outside of the area and have to say it was honestly one of the smoothest car purchases I've had. Chance was well versed on the vehicle I purchased. He wasn't super pushy about the sale either. He didn't push me off to some other sales guy or "manager" like some places. Chance followed me through the purchase from beginning to end. Also high praises for the finance person Lori who took time to get me financing when there was an issue with some documents allowing me to drive out of the dealer with my car that day! Anyway, Chance is a relaxed easy to talk to and does that little extra to make sure you're getting the car you want and are taken care of when you're there. I have to say at the time of purchase this was the only vehicle with low mileage in the trim and color I wanted, nationwide! The dealers in my area were also pricing cars a lot higher with more miles on them and the few I had contacted told me "we don't negotiate" so they lost my business. More
