Chance, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect car that suited my needs. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth purchasing process and even gave me a thorough walk-through of the car's features. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Patterson Mazda in Tustin. The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. When I arrived for my service, Greg met me at the gate with an unbeat attitude! He was welcomeing and guided me to the appropriate service representatives. Yasmine and Dylan assisted me at the counter. They were both very pleasant to work with and made the experience very enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a video recording of my cars service. I absolutely love this feature!! Alec was very detailed in his description and was easy to understand though the recording! Highly recommend ppl purchasing and servicing your vehicles at this location!! More
