From my experience, I've many of reps from different dealers, but James is the BEST. He supplies me a lot of variable information I need, good points about my CX-7 (bad points as well), comparison against competitors, and price/after services whatever you cannot find online. (The worst rep I've encountered (from Hxxxx) proudly repeats only about advantage of the car like TV commercial....)
