Tustin Mazda was awesome! Brian, the sales manager, was not afraid to deal directly with the customer, and he was honest, straight-forward, and fair (I walked straight up to him bypassing the sales guys. I don't really recommend doing that, but it was my third dealer of the day). They went the extra mile to make my deal happen and gave me the best deal in So Cal. Trust me. I went to two other dealerships. One was good, the other was horrible. Mazda of Orange is so bad that several of my neighbors actually had bad experiences. Personally, I was lied to directly and yelled at. Who does that? At any rate, Tustin was a breath of fresh air. They made things happen quick I appreciated everything they did for me! THANKS BRIAN! I have diligently taken my car in for routine maintanence and the service department has always been extremely kind and courteous and continues to offer expediant service. As a young thirty-something woman, I am often afraid that mechanics will look at me as a perfect person to take advantage of, but this particular crew always makes me feel extremely comfortable and is never pushy or condescending. In a recent vist, Ruben Lopez, went above and beyond to get me two new front tires which were covered under my extended warranty. I would never have known that I had this option, and he was willing to go the extra distance to get new tires at no cost to me! I walked out of there with two new front tires and an oil change for little over $40!! This is not the first time I have received excellent service...and I'm certain it will not be the last! Thank you so much for such fantastic customer care! More
