I just bought a 2010 mazda3 hatchback from Jimmy and he made the whole process simple and painless. I called him and told him what I wanted. I followed that up with an email. He even got me the exact car I wanted in red from another dealership and in 2 days I was down in Tustin signing the papers. I talked to another 10 dealers and none of them were willing to get me the red and Jimmy got me the best price with the 0% financing available at the time. I hate buying cars and it was refreshing to work with someone who was straight up, willing to get me what I wanted, and able to get me in and out of the dealership without wasting my time. Not to mention, he's a nice guy. More

I recently purchased a Honda S2000 from Tustin Mazda and had a delightful experience. After feeling frustrated from days of searching the lots in Monrovia and Alhambra, I felt like giving up. Most of the dealerships acted as if they were doing me a favor by letting me buy a car from them. I heard the same old lines again and again and felt that everyone in the industry was a charlatan only out for my money. I found an S2000 at a Honda dealership. The salesperson gave me one price, but wouldn't honor it during negotiations. Then he started harassing me. I excused myself saying that I wasn't comfortable continuing the discussion. Feeling defeated, I deciding to go online one last time. I found an S2000 that fit what I was looking for, but the price made me suspicious. It wasn't inflated like the other dealerships I went to. I thought there must be something wrong with the car. Not having many options left, I decided to take a chance and give Tustin Mazada a call to see if the 2000 was still there. I spoke to Lori Houts who was nothing but pleasant and told me to come on down. After a long day of meetings at work, feeling frustrated from my car searching, and driving 35 miles in traffic I was ready to bite someone's head off. When I walked up to the main office Janice Pruzensky greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help me. Despite my frustration, it took her all of three minutes to get me relaxed and comfortable. There was no pressure and I felt like I was just spending an evening with an old friend. She was nothing but supportive and respectful as she showed me around. I found the S2000. The car was STUNNING! It looked fantastic. I couldn't believe that the dealership was offering such a great price. Janice took me for a LONG test drive and we had a great time. After a few minutes driving, the car felt like a perfect fit. The car was doing the selling and Janice was just my buddy. Now that I knew the car was just what I wanted, I had to take it to the next level. Janice brought me inside to the main office, a comfortable and open space. I explained that I was on a budget and money was tight. Although the car was already at a very good price, it was still just out of what I could afford. While I was filling out some of the paperwork and number crunching, I noticed that there was a bottle of water next to me. I know it's just a bottle of water, but it made a big difference for me. Rather than feeling like the dealership was doing me a favor, I felt like they were glad I was there and just wanted me to feel at home. Brian Brotherton, one of the managers came out to greet me. Right away he felt like that uncle that you looked forward to seeing on holidays. He had a big smile and was just the nicest guy you ever met. He made sure I was comfortable, offered to answer any questions I had. He ran my credit and blew me away. My bank (WF) offered me 6.5%. That seemed pretty standard. Tustin Mazda got me down to 4.74 (on a used car)! Wow. I was shocked. Brian and Janice sat down and started number crunching with me. They respected what I said I could do and what I couldn't. I felt that the two of them were COMPLETELY honest with me. There were no tricks, just good people working WITH me. Money was tight, and I wasn't sure if I could swing it. Brian was able to help out just enough to get me to where I needed to be. I really felt that it was more important to them that they get a returning customer than to get every cent out of me. After plans were made, Lori Houts walked me through the finance process. She was a champ. It was late at night and no matter how many times I asked her the same question, she just kept answering with a smile. So I had the car, I had the financing down. Everything was set, but I didn't have a way to pick up the car. At this point, I was committed. All the paperwork was done and they could have told me tough. Instead, they offered to drive the car to my work the next day! I was shocked...again. Good to their word, my buddy Janice came rolling up in my S2000 the next day, keys in hand. Not only did she drive 35 miles to take me my car, but she drove in the rain. I can't tell you how good I feel about my experience at Tustin Mazda. They won a customer for life. To review: -I felt respected and welcomed. -They had a no pressure comfortable atmosphere. -They had a GREAT car at a GREAT price. -They found an excellent interest rate. -They worked WITH me. -From a bottle of water to driving my car to me, they went the extra mile at every opportunity. -Most importantly, Janice, Brian, and Lori are the kind of people you want to give business to. They are genuinely good people. I really hope that more people go to Tustin Mazda and experience what I did. Buying a car doesn't have to be stressful, and it doesn't have to be us against them. It can be about visiting some friends, having a nice afternoon, and going home with a great car you can afford. Oh, and do yourself a favor and ask for Janice Pruzensky (sales)! She's great. She kept me laughing the whole time. Janice is a GREAT storyteller and a great listener. She understood what I wanted and took great care of me. While everything in the dealership was outstanding, Janice was my point person and made it all come together. Tusting Mazda is good people. More
I purchased a pre-auction Saturn with James Ger, who was an exceptional salesman. All of the other associates were very friendly and had me and my wife join in on conversations with them. When we showed up in the morning to purchase the vehicle we had to wait for it to be cleaned, so James took us to the nearest shopping center to get breakfast in one of the cars they have on the lot. He took the initiative, and presented himself and the dealership with pride and glory. I would recommend this dealership if you're looking for a positive environment to spend your money. They have a great selection of vehicles, and they take the extra mile to make sure you have a top notch experience as you search for your new ride. More

Before reaching my final-final decision (another candidate was Honda CR-V), I'd gone through almost all kind of website (KBB, Price Comparison, and etc,,, even Yelp) However the reason I chose CX-7 and Mazda, was James Ger, the person who sincerely takes care of me from the beginning to the end. From my experience, I've many of reps from different dealers, but James is the BEST. He supplies me a lot of variable information I need, good points about my CX-7 (bad points as well), comparison against competitors, and price/after services whatever you cannot find online. (The worst rep I've encountered (from Hxxxx) proudly repeats only about advantage of the car like TV commercial....) So I highly recommend you to contact James from Tustin Mazda if you look for a great car w/ wonderful price and service!! Thanks James and Mazda Tustin!! More

The Sales Department offered me a superior deal to the one I had negotiated closer to where I live, so I leased from Tustin. before leasing my CX-9. I had a great experience buying my used truck from this dealership. I walked in and test drove it with Janice. It was a no pressure test drive with a knowledgeable and easy going saleswoman. I was treated with the utmost of courtesy at every level, from the sales manager, to the person who delivered the car after it was washed..
