The staff is very friendly and efficient and the facilities are clean and organized! They are a little on the pricier side. "I recently brought my Hyundai Sonata to the Hyundai dealership in Tustin, CA for a recall service. The staff told me that the service would take an hour and a half to two hours to complete, but unfortu dealership in Tustin, CA for a recall service. The staff told me that the service would take an hour and a half to two hours to complete, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After waiting for more than three and a half hours, the staff brought me a car that was not mine. They realized their mistake and then brought me my car back, only to tell me that they had not done anything with it. They then took my car back into the service station and completed the work in just half an hour. I was incredibly frustrated with this experience, as I had wasted more than four hours of my time. What's worse is that the staff did not seem to care about the inconvenience they had caused me. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service I received at the Hyundai dealership in Tustin, CA." More
