This review is for the Service Department exclusively. I can’t tell you how happy I am with their service. Everyone there is top notch in their game and they know exactly what they’re talking about when t I can’t tell you how happy I am with their service. Notice that I said “with” customers because they don’t talk at you they talk with you, and explain step-by-step the process. I love the videos that they send and that they communicate by text. You can’t always pick up the phone to talk and they’re just as busy so it works out really well. Bryan was my service advisor this time as I hit a pothole and bent my 2 left side rims which then slashed the tires all while it was raining on a Friday night to top it off. AAA towed it all the way to Tustin from Westminster and they had it there for service first thing in the morning. Bryan called me right away to let me know what the process was and reassured me that it would be taken care of. I received a loaner vehicle, which I am now considering buying that style of vehicle because I felt so safe and secure in it. You cannot even compare the great customer service received at this dealership to any others. Unparalleled service from start to finish when you’re dealing with the service department. So a huge shout out to everybody from the technicians in the back that are hard at work using their training and their masterful skills to get you back on the road safely and quickly, to your service advisors up front, such as Bryan, Trina, Frank, and all the rest of you, and to Martin their service manager, who is awesome!
