Was not the car buying experience I had hoped for. When I arrived, Matthew went straight for the numbers without even asking me to see the car. His attitude turned me off from the start as it was clear he really didn’t care about anything besides a quick deal. So glad he was able to reschedule his reservations though!! We had a very good experience with Rooben and Jacob. Rooben showed us the Electric Kona and got the vehicle for us to test drive it. After we each test drove the Kona, as one of us was with our 14 month old, we had some questions about it and Robeen knew the answers to all of them. Even when Rooben was with another customer he was polite and helpful and had Jacob help us with our sale. Jacob was very straightforward and honest we felt with our trade-in. I didn't feel pressured and we were given time to think it over and make a decision without pressure. Jacob was very patient with us as our 14 month old daughter squirted food all over his desk, not once, but three times, I'm very appreciative of that and while the whole car buying process does take a long time we felt good with our purchase of the Hyundai Kona electric. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
