My Hyundai’s ‘Check engine’ light came on and I took it to this dealership because it was the closest one to me — I have never been here before for my 2014 Elantra’s service. Since I didn’t have an appoint to this dealership because it was the closest one to me — I have never been here before for my 2014 Elantra’s service. Since I didn’t have an appointment I was told my car may not even have diagnostics run until Friday since they were very backlogged (it was Wednesday around noon), but the service advisor told me he would do his best to get it done sooner. By 9 am the next day they had diagnosed the issue, offered me solutions and kept in touch with me constantly via text, email and a phone call. I was so impressed! Since some service was due on the car I had it done and by about noon my car was ready — approximately 24 hours from when I left it there! I have gone to other Hyundai dealerships in my area for service and have had to followup on them to see where my car was in the process. Not here! The professional and timely way Tustin Hyundai handled my situation was a real game-changer for me. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future for service on my car! More
