As a first time buyer, I was apprehensive because I had been warned about the amount of pressure involved in buying a car. I was extremely fortunate. Jimmy, my salesman, was straightforward and honest with me. I made him aware of my price range and what I was looking for. He was accommodating, forthright, and reassuring while I test drove the car. He made me aware of my options and was very informative, but he wasn't pushy. The entire staff at the dealership made the experience seem hassle-free but because I was so intimidated by the idea of buying a car in the first place, Jimmy's ability to guide me through the process of looking at the cars and their features really helped break down what I thought would be an impossible task. Marcos delivered the news, but not in a bad way, it was more "this won't work, but this will." He stayed in contact with me, even on his day off as he was trying to close the deal. Send texts and called to keep me updated (my deal WASN'T the easiest) and after crunching numbers, and busting his rear end, he found the perfect situation for me. After 2 days of waiting, calls, texts and fear that I might not get a car after all, I finally got the word from Marcus, who waited for us till after 7:30- and stayed till 9pm to finish. Buying a car can be a really uncomfortable experience, if you have the wrong salesmen. Thank you Marcos, for doing everything you did, my wallet appreciates it :) More
