I live in San Diego but I had my sights set on a 2014 Santa Fe Sport Turbo at Tustin that was an awesome deal so I wanted to check it out. I gave the dealer a call and was greeted by Bill who proceeded to confirm the vehicle availability and go through several questions I had relating to the vehicle's listing, actual condition, and really if there was anything wrong with the car that would be an unpleasant surprise (there wasn't). I wasn't able to find a CarFax on the vehicle so Bill pulled one up and sent me a copy for my review. When I arrived the next day Bill had the car all ready to go, made sure it met my expectations and helped guide me through the various stages of paperwork, he even gave me an idea of what the finance department might talk to me about so I could get a head start in thinking about what I would or wouldn't want to do. I am totally amped on my new car and would recommend Tustin Hyundai to anyone! More
