Best Car Buying Experience EVER! First off, we walked into the dealership and Bill Farris introduced himself. Right off the bat, he was very friendly and informative. He answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy a car. He was looking out for our best interest and helping us find the right car for us. We were so happy with our experience, we came back two days later to buy our dream car. He ran several different quotes and scenarios for us for buying vs. leasing for different trim models, etc. Again, we never felt rushed or pressured and felt that he genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision for our family. After we finished all of our paperwork, we came out to find the car with a big red bow on the hood, and Bill spent at least an hour sitting in the car with us going through all of the features and showing us how to use everything. At the very end, he prayed for us and our baby that is due in July. He seriously made us feel like family, and there is no one else we will buy a car from (for as long as Bill is selling cars)!!!
