Everyone here is so honest and opened. Ivan was willing to work with us and share honest opinions without having to double talk or play down the truth on certain things. It was great that he has his own Hyundai and was able to share his experience. I felt at home and comfortable with these people. Ivan showed genuine care in our safety by the way he kept bringing up the safety features. He is definitely knowledgeable about the product and has the right people skills to get the job done. There was no pressure from him to buy which was a major plus. He guided us but didn’t make us do anything we didn’t want to do ourselves during the whole experience. Sheryl was also very sweet. She also had a deep sense of care for our financial safety! Highly recommended a warrant due to the outrages costs all the technology is. I’m glad we’re safe incase something goes wrong in the future. Shawn was the whole reason we came back to this Hyundai. He was also honest and willing to work with what we had and show us numbers as soon as we asked. We had gone to a different dealership earlier in the week but they were the stereotypical slimy car salesmen. Plus they didn’t have the car in the right color. So we came back and we’re happy we drove the extra miles to make it over here. More
