I had a fantastic experience with Greg. I emailed Tustin Hyundai and a few other local Hyundai dealers. The ONLY one who would return my email with a quote was Greg (under 5 mins even!). I setup a time, stopped in with my wife and couldn't have been more pleased. We are a Hyundai family when it comes to buying cars. My last one was from Hardin Hyundai in 2016 (now Russell Westbrook), who I WAS considering, but given how rude and condescending their management are, I wanted to go elsewhere for my next Hyundai. I also wasn't thrilled they wanted to saddle me with a ton of extras for my new car in 2016 when I signed the contract. I checked their Yelp and it's not good (vs Tustin Hyundai which is the highest I saw in the OC). Greg made us a fair initial offer, days went by and that car sold, but we stopped in on Memorial Day and got the slightly upgraded Elantra for close to the same price thanks to Hyundai incentives being offered. My wife LOVES the new car and so do I. I'm a V6 fan, but I do like the 2021 Elantra SEL she got. The only upsell at the end was GAP insurance and an extended warranty - which are totally fine things to get as addons (and I believe GAP has to be offered by law). No one tried to sell us life insurance, helium tires or any other nonsense, that's a good sign you have found a reputable dealer looking to not only sell, but build up future relationships for future sales. My father was a car salesman, so I knew some of the tell tale signs of what makes a quality salesman and a dealership and this place has it. Greg was about to call us the next day to see how we are doing with the vehicle and I beat him to it because I needed his help with me getting a software upgrade for my 2016 Genesis coupe - he told me who to talk to and where to go from there. This is what I was talking about when I meant it was more about just pure sales. This will be the only place we shop for our next Hyundai. Thanks Greg! More
