5 weeks to repair my car. UNACCEPTABLE! 4 1/2 weeks just to get the ICCU from Hyundai then 3 more days before they could be bothered to install the new ICCU. The Service Department manager never called me back (Frank Seitz). Complete lack of communication from dealership about status. Each of the 4 times I was in the service department I heard staff telling customers “we are short staffed” and “we are doing the best we can”. Always excuses. No accountability. Customers are treated like a nuisance. More
