My experience with them since I got my new Elantra in 2021 has been great! Even through their construction in adding Genesis. My windshield is cracked and it did not leave my home cracked. Awaiting the next steps. Gavin was good at getting the battery ordered and fixed. I got off the phone with him at 11 and it is now 4 and I’ve heard nothing. The tow company has also called you all. I will be calling you all and Mayes towing until one of you fix my windshield.
