Service check-in was prompt and efficient. Paperwork was present and readily provided to the vehicle. I expected a 4-5 hour wait when scheduling this appointment and this was confirmed at the time. I was shown the customer waiting lounge and the complimentary coffee and expected, and received, quiet time to read. My Service Advisor, Monica, came in about 3 hours to tell me my car was ready, cleaned, and now waiting on the service drive. Very pleased to have an overestimate of time required and find it was less than anticipated - though I didn't get as much reading as I planned. More
