Updated 1/19: Following my last service visit and experience, Scott Gregg reached out to me to learn more about my dissatisfaction and explained what had happened. Scott kindly invited me to bring my vehicle back in for a re-inspection. After re-inspection he called me to share his Team's diagnosis and findings and also let me know Monica discovered that the majority of my services needed could be covered under warranty. In two days, my vehicle was updated with replacement parts and ready to go. I greatly appreciate Monica and Scott going above and beyond to create a great Customer Experience. 1/5: I have had my Crosstrek serviced at Tucson Subaru in September, and again in December for routine oil changes and routine multi-point inspections and have received inconsistent feedback and disappointing customer service. The observations made in September, appear to no longer be issues in the December inspection which leads me to believe the >$1,500 in suggested repairs were negligible or non-existent in the first place. Secondly, I depend on the courtesy shuttle service to provide timely transportation. At the end of the day on December 22nd, I spoke on the phone with Monica Estrada about final notes concerning my vehicle and asked that she initiate the shuttle for pickup. After 25 minutes had passed with no response I chose to call back for status to learn that neither the shuttle nor the Lyft service had begun at all. The service representative said it had been scheduled by Monica, and when I spoke to Monica she said that the service team had scheduled it. Neither was accepting accountability and I had been sitting for 30 minutes while there had been no shuttle coming. If I hadn't called, I don't know how long I could have been sitting there waiting without any contact from the Dealership. Monica said it would now be another 25 minutes, I chose to find my own ride. More

Darla is awesome and Tucson Subaru made the entire buying process so easy. The process starts before you get there and then they check in post delivery to be sure everything is ok.
