Brittney really needs help with her customer service skills. When a customer has a concern about the performance of their vehicle take the time to listen. Next time I take my car in for service I will make sure I don't have to deal with Brittney. The dealership in general is awesome the service department is great for oil changes but anything else I'm on the fence. More

I had another excellent service experience a week ago at Tucson Subaru with service advisor Dan Ford. I took my 100k mile Forester in for a coolant and serpentine belt change. Because I live almost an hour Tucson Subaru with service advisor Dan Ford. I took my 100k mile Forester in for a coolant and serpentine belt change. Because I live almost an hour away, I waited in the comfortable lounge area of the dealership. Dan had me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.
