Jason sets the standard for superb service Jason Mumma's knowledge, thoughtfulness, and commitment to the highest standards of service are the reasons why our family thinks so highly of Tucson Jason Mumma's knowledge, thoughtfulness, and commitment to the highest standards of service are the reasons why our family thinks so highly of Tucson Subaru. During the past several years, Jason has diagnosed subtle issues with our vehicles, and supervised repairs that resulted in them driving as if they were new. The latest repairs involved our 2019 Subaru Outback Limited, which was hit by another vehicle. There was little visible damage - the other vehicle hit the rear wheel - but Jason said the suspension would have to be checked carefully. He systematically replaced one part at a time, then did a four-wheel alignment. He was right; a number of parts had to be replaced before the car aligned correctly. The car now drives perfectly. Throughout the process, Jason kept in close contact with our insurance adjuster - who agreed that all the repairs were necessary, and should be covered - and with us. Jason's dedication to careful, comprehensive service is the reason we are so committed to Tucson Subaru. This dealership - and its customers - are fortunate that he is on the staff. More
