I visited Subaru because, for the second time, my 2019 Subaru Forester turned off completely while I was driving. However, Scott, the service director, claimed it only happens about once a month and less than 1% of vehicles. This is still, far too often. What’s most concerning is that there was no acknowledgment of the serious safety risk—especially considering my children were in the car during the second incident. Scott advised me to contact Subaru of America for assistance, but my request was denied after he personally reached out to tell them not to support my case as they assisted in the past with the lemon I purchased. This experience has completely eroded my trust in Subaru. I will never purchase a Subaru again. We came in for emergency repairs on a used 13 Crosstrek with just over 200k miles. Having never been to the dealer before, did not know what to expect. They told us the would give us a loaner that day - e with just over 200k miles. Having never been to the dealer before, did not know what to expect. They told us the would give us a loaner that day - even though we were not established customers. We "shopped" cars while waiting for the loaner and even though we had no intention of buying a car, we knew the cost of fixing it might not be worth it. Well the story ends with us buying a 2025 Outback 5 days later. Brittney was helpful and responsive, Debbie worked hard to get us in a new vehicle - and had patience with me when I changed the car in the 11th hour. Everyone we met was helpful, courteous, and had a smile. More

This morning, after a 45 min. drive, while patiently waiting for a service advisor, I was told there was a one and one-half hour delay. Wouldn't it have been nice to have had a text or call informing me of the delay, and saved me an hour and one-half roundtrip for nothing? Certainly the technology for that simple courtesy is just a click away. More
