Wonderful experience, except for the closing Sales staff was terrific. No pressure, just thoughtful, knowledgeable, courteous assistance. After we listened to the pitches and, looked at numerous brochures and analyses, we said we don't want any of this stuff. And that was the end of the discussion, the room turned ice cold. In retrospect, I think the process you have set up rather than the messenger is the problem. When you hold the keys to the car hostage while you hard close on the extras, it creates a disappointing and unpleasant dynamic for the excited new car buyer. I don't have any suggestions, but just reporting the effect on us. My wife and I left with a bad taste in our mouths, but not to worry, we're delighted with the car and the dealership. More

When one became available we were able to put a down payment on it and it was delivered in less than a month. The financing at 0% made it easy on payments and was quick to arrange.
