Enjoyed working with CJ Nichols because of his knowledge of Subarus. I bought a used car from him 18 months ago and he kept in touch, just enough, not too much, just right. Well wasn't sure about a Subaru, so I tried the internet searches and compared it with Toyota among other brands I know I like. I was surprised to find out that it was competitive. This is our 5 or 6th Subaru (Delaney Sturgeon/James Malone). Ken Murch is outstanding, caring and a pleasure to work with. The dealership is awesome. My dad recommended the dealership since he went years ago for a new Subaru Impreza. I came out fully satisfied with the experience. Got a new Subaru on NYE, and even though it was super busy, I felt it was t for a new Subaru Impreza. I came out fully satisfied with the experience. Got a new Subaru on NYE, and even though it was super busy, I felt it was taken care of in a timely, but most importantly professional, manner. I worked with Chris Smith and Baron Clement for test drives and initial paperwork, and Louie for financing, all three were great guys and I would definitely recommend them. I spent most of my time with Baron, real sharp and down to earth guy, he even went to Jack in the Box for me while my kid and I were waiting for someone in financing to be available when my UberEats order fell through.
