I'm brought to the dealership not for maintenance today but a new vehicle. I had an accident and survived rather unscathed. I'm not new to the vehicle purchasing process because two years ago I was doing the same thing, but as accommodating as they were, there was one problem with taking a sizable downpayment. You can only put up to $3,000 down on a credit card as I was looking for 5x that amount. It's due to the insurance taking their time in my total-loss settlement and locking in an awesome 0.9% rate. There's not much stress during the process and you can always ask questions. I feel that all of your staff are responsible, professional, and respectful, no matter how tough the client is. More
