They drug it out to a 8 hour ordeal and promised to replace a part on the jeep that was broken never happened. This had pretty much turned me off on dealerships, I decided after two years I would look for something new but was dreading the amount of time I would have to spend dealing with it. Tucson Subaru changed that Trent and Traci got me in and out in no time with what I wanted they changed my opinion that all dealerships are the same and next time I want a new car or a friend wants one I will be telling them about Tucson Subaru More

Great experience! Manny Tellez was superb, knew exactly we were looking for by asking just a few simple questions about our needs. His details about the car were superb Manny Tellez was superb, knew exactly we were looking for by asking just a few simple questions about our needs. His details about the car were superb from top to bottom, and very much enjoyed our test drive as he has a knack of just making you feel comfortable and at ease. He explained the financial details, leaving no surprises when we reached finance, and they even threw in window tinting!!!! I never dreamed we could trade in our motorcycle for a car, and they made our dream come true by driving out of there with a beautiful new Impreza! In another year we will bringing our other car which will be 4 years old (not a Subaru) in to trade for another Subaru, we love it and the dealership that much! I was sure I wanted the Impreza but after Manny showed me a side by side comparison as well as test drive in each I knew the Crosstrek was a better fit. No buyers remorse at all. Buying a new car couldn't have gone any better! After seeing it displayed at the mall I work, I fell in love with the 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. After doing my homework and test driving it a few time, I After seeing it displayed at the mall I work, I fell in love with the 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. After doing my homework and test driving it a few time, I decided to check it out. Sean Johnson came to meet me the first time I stop by the dealership. He told me a little about the Crosstrek, asked my needs and what I was looking to get out of the vehicle. Even though I wasn't quite ready to buy that day, he was still very helpful and did not pressure me to buy and after finding out I was new to the area he was even helpful with information about the town and outdoor activities that I would be interested in. A month later I came in to test drive and decided to go for it. I made sure to meet with Sean who made the whole buying experience surprisingly smooth. After that I met with one of the finance managers Tim Hanson, probably the best part of buying the new Subaru! He rocked, went above and beyond to help me out. Never felt pressured and made it kind of fun. Last but definitely not least, Brent Wolff from the Service Department helped me recently for a service I purchased with my new car. Their was a minor confusion with what I was getting and he went out of his way and ran all around trying to sort it out, unfortunately my salesperson had move on (sad to see him go), so he went up the chain to get me answers. After all that, I asked if he's the man to call now and he handed me his card and said "if I need anything". Hats of to you Tucson Subaru, you have a killer crew and made me a lifetime Subaru owner. Professional and easy to work with I recently purchased a 2016 Forester 2.0XT Touring from Tucson Subaru and the experience was as pleasant as buying a car can be. I mean that in all ni I recently purchased a 2016 Forester 2.0XT Touring from Tucson Subaru and the experience was as pleasant as buying a car can be. I mean that in all niceness, my sales associate Sean was positive and helpful the entire time. He comes across sincere and interested in helping you find the right car and features that suit you. He didn't even say anything when I took some turns hard and fast and drove through a soft shoulder to test the AWD. The dealership also offers a discount for military which was one of the main selling points that brought me back for the sale. Not only was the vehicle price discounted, but optional features as well. Traci in Finance was also especially pleasant and helpful. We joked about the 'boiler room' stereotype car dealership finance offices evoke, but her's was bright and cheery just like Traci. I chose my Forester because of the fuel efficiency, AWD and engineering, safety track-record, and value. If this is your car criteria, I recommend you give Tucson Subaru a visit. More
