After intense internet research on several different vehicles, I decided that the Outback Limited looked like the best car for my needs. CJ took my husband and I on a test drive that was designed to showcase all of the many features of the Outback Limited. CJ was extremely knowledgable about the Outback and was able to answer all our questions. When we decided to buy, he immediately offered the Edmunds discounted price and quickly secured a better price for our trade in than what was initially presented. When chris offered us the price it was right in our range and there was really nothing more to negotiate. We then were able to order the exact color we wanted and Chris was flexible with our schedule to come in and finish the paperwork. At no time did I evere feel pressured to purchase extra packages. He educated me on the pros and cons and we were able to decide without any hassle. Overall the experience was a success. More

Working with Rudy was not the drawn out, hours-long grueling experience like I have had with many other dealerships in the past - he kept things moving along, which was great. He was also completely courteous and polite throughout the whole experience. The Finance Manager, Curt, was hands-down the nicest dealership finance person I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and I've purchased over 25 vehicles in the last 20+ years). In my experience, most finance managers are extremely aggressive and pushy and have always been the part of the car buying experience I dread the most - the opposite was true with Curt, who wasn't pushy at all and was super-friendly and fun to work with. Overall, I had a great experience with Rudy and Curt while buying my new Outback and I'll definitely be back when it's time to trade in for a new one again! More

Awesome service I love this dealership. A couple weeks ago, I suspected my car needed a new battery. I called the dealership and they got me in right away. I spent le I love this dealership. I spent less than an hour enjoying coffee and healthy snacks in the waiting area while my new battery was installed. I mentioned having a doctor's appointment that morning (wondering if my car would be ready), and the guys at the desk assured me they'd give me a ride to the doctor if my car wasn't ready. Now that's service! The few times I've had a couple very small issues with the dealership, I've received genuine apologies and all issues were resolved immediately. Hats off to the wonderful staff at Tucson Subaru. More
