The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented. Never any pressure. The gift of a dozen roses at the end of the transaction put everything over the top. Gil in Sales, Traci in Finance, and Marcos in Service were excellent. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. We are a Subaru family tried and true, now purchasing our third and handling down one to our daughter,,,,just like in the commercial. Subarus are super reliable, quality-built, hold their resale value very well, and are extremely safe. I went in looking for an Outback but soon found out that it was too large and heavy for me with my disabilities. When the fellas saw my needs they matched a Crosstrek to me and it is the perfect vehicle. They were so considerate and more than friendly, I felt as if I was car shopping with close friends who really know their cars and cared about me. This is my third Subaru and I wouldn't even consider another make. The Crosstrek is the perfect sized city vehicle but I'm a cowboys wife and it can haul hay too! This dealership is well put together from people to inventory. I can't thank these folks enough for being so trustworthy and considerate of my needs in making my experience as wonderful as possible. Subaru for life, as of today Over the last twenty years, I've owned Ford, Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Mercedes, BMW, Kia, and Chrysler, and had consistently stereotypical experiences i Over the last twenty years, I've owned Ford, Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Mercedes, BMW, Kia, and Chrysler, and had consistently stereotypical experiences in buying and interacting with car dealers. I was always treated as a life support system for my wallet, with total derision the instant the sale was made, or earlier if an easy sale wasn't obvious. The phrase "99% of car salesmen give the rest a bad name" had proven invariably true for me, and then I finally met the other 1%, Bob Wilson and Steve Norris from Tucson Subaru. Now I've followed and loved the design lines and rally performance of the Subaru WRX for a number of years, but had never gotten around to even test driving one. Last month I happened by the Tucson Subaru dealership, met Bob Wilson, took a 2015 WRX with the automatic CVT for a test drive, and instantly fell in love. At that point I had no real intention of buying a new car, and said as much to Bob, but he still treated me with courtesy, gladly shared his knowledge, and was tremendously helpful without ever being pushy. That experience alone was an eye-opener. A couple of weeks later I had a friend visiting from out of the country who also loved the WRX, and took him by Tucson Subaru for a test drive, this time in a manual 2016 WRX. It happened to be Bob's day off, and we were helped by Steve Norris. Without once being demanding, or trying to steal a sale from Bob, he impressed me completely with his friendliness, knowledge, aplomb, and absence of all negative salesman characteristics. When is the last time you left a car dealership and honestly remarked to the person you're with "Wow, that guy was great!" ? Again, a couple of weeks later, I returned for a test drive of a Certified Used 2013 WRX, expecting that even these fine gentlemen must be getting sick of seeing me, but they continued to be helpful and kind, while never trying to force a sale on me. Now I decided immediately upon driving the 2013 that Subaru had improved the design and features drastically in 2015, and again in 2016, and if I were to buy, it had to be a 2016 for me. Today I'm thrilled to have bought a Pure Red 2016 WRX Premium, and I can't complement enough the sales team at Tucson Subaru that converted me from mildly curious passerby into a Subaru owner for life. Bravo gents! More

In that time I encountered sales people who exaggerated details and changed their minds when I pointed out published reviews disagreed, sales people who bad-mouthed competitors or tried to up-sell me before showing me what I asked for, a sales person who couldn't find the car that supposedly was on his lot, and one who apparently was too busy to show me anything. Kevin McDougall at Tucson Subaru was different. He show me used small SUVs, which I originally wanted, that came close to meeting my needs, but also led me to two new cars that perfectly matched what I wanted. We talked briefly about other cars and differences in prices but his knowledge and ability to match my needs to his inventory is what led me to buy a 2016 Subaru, a car I hadn't even imagined owning when I began my search. He also had confidence in the Subaru and let the Forrester sell itself, turning me from a curiosity seeker into a customer. Trade-in of my 13-year-old car was fair and what I expected. After several visits, I drove out with my new Forrester 5i Premium, happy with the car, the dealership, the staff, and the service department. And now we're going to a dealership-hosted seminar so my wife can learn about all the gadgets. More

I have already visited two other lots prior and long for a Subaru......this is just exhausting. Upon arriving at the Subaru dealership my husband and i are detracted by the beautiful Subaru's and realize no one has bothered us yet. We walk into the lobby where we actually request to speak to a sales person, which is cool. We have the pleasure of meeting the lovely Ken Murch. Talk about a no b.s. experience. I tell him what i want and he delivered. I highly recommend this location and Ken Murch. This by far is the most friendly staff and the most stress free car purchase I have ever made. More

After all the service paperwork was taken care of, he escorted us into the waiting area and introduced us to Bob Wilson who answered my husband's questions regarding the new Outback, and then gave us additional information pertaining to the model. While waiting for our Tribeca to be serviced, Bob invited us into his office. We thought to ourselves, "Oh, boy, here comes a sales pitch to buy a new Subaru!" To our pleasant surprise, Bob took the time just chatting with us and helped to make the waiting time fly by. During the thorough servicing, Anthony let us know that the plate light was also out and would be replaced if we agreed. Between Bob Wilson and Anthony Marquez, they made us feel welcomed at the dealership. We love our Subaru and will definitely be back to Tucson Subaru! More
