However, the negatives were not enough to justify not recommending the dealership. The service was for the application of the Iwo Xzilon products a week after purchasing the vehicle. Because I am an out-of-town customer and had to remain in Tucson, the service rep was able to complete the application of the product a little quicker to accommodate me. More

They Aim to Please!!! I am not a person that enjoys talking to salesmen, so it took my husband a while to get me to the dealership. Wow, did I get a surprise here. Ken was very helpful and took his time with us since we are getting up in years, although, I am sure he would have done the same if we were younger. I would also like to mention Derek Monetti from parts. As I was waiting for him, he was waiting on a man that would have tested a saint. He was very patient with him, listened to him, and the man left happy. I found everyone that we were in contact with at this dealership to be all about the customer. First and foremost I felt no pressure from Chris Smith (My contact over there) He was fine with the fa I drove from Phoenix to Tucson, for 2 reasons. And didn't insist (like the dealers in my area) for me to provide a phone number, and get harassed with special deals, etc. Oh yeah I did say 2 reasons, the 2nd they had the exact model of car I wanted, with the color I wanted. This experience took up the better part of 5 hours of Steve's time and during that entire period at no time did we feel like we were buying a car. I would liken it to a process of learning about the vehicles we were interested in and being led thru that process by a very courteous, polite and informed young man. During this entire process, at no time was there ever any feeling that the primary purpose projected by Steve was to sell us a vehicle. We entered the process that day with no intention of buying, and left, after buying a new vehicle, with the feeling, that not only had we bought a very good vehicle, made a excellent financial decision, whilst gained the friendship of a very professional refined young man.
