Trent Nichols (sales) and Traci Roberts (finance) gave me a great deal and made the financing process quick and easy all without the usual high pressure sales tactics. I felt totally comfortable purchasing my car and asking questions about the purchase. I have kept in touch with Trent from my last purchase and he is always responsive whenever questions arise. Great Salesman & Excellent Experience Buying New Car, A 1st Jack McVey is excellent. The only personality type which I can interact with especially when considering purchasing a vehicle - not my favorite action Jack McVey is excellent. I admit to being an extremely difficult customer and I applaud him for his professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and patience. I would also like to commend the following Service Dept. Personnel for their outstanding performance: Anthony & Dan. In general, although I did not get everyone's names, while waiting for my service, I did listen to the way in which the service personnel interacted with other customers. They were really great.
