The worst car buying experience of my life! Went to purchase a used truck with my family, had an appointment with salesman Kevin Gribble. Upon our return, I asked for a cash price which he provided and asked me where I'd like to be at based on the price he gave me. I gave him a number, he returned and said that this truck is something that I cannot afford and the price is too high for me! He insulted me and my wife when I was there to pay cash for a 2014 Tundra! I spoke with the sales manager DJ Tramp and let him know of my disgust. I am actually a repeat customer as I had purchased a 2008 Mercedes from Subaru for my mother. I would not recommend this car dealer!!! Raj More

We are very pleased with our new Forester and with the service Trent provided. Trent was tireless in his efforts to make our purchase experience seamless and successful. My wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone we know that is in the market for a Subaru. Louie Ascencio was a pleasure to work with as well. Louie provided us the opportunity to purchase additional services (e.g., expanded/extended warranty), but he didn't use any hard sales tactics (which has happened to us before). Manny Tellez was our sales representative and he kept close communication with us while we were making our decision about buying a Forester 2.0 XT. He was enthusiastic but not hard-sell or overbearing, knowledgable, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. Anything he was unsure of, he researched and found answers. Louie Ascencio did the financing and again - plenty of information on service and maintenance contracts with no pressure. He specifically asked about any military background and got us a significant savings when my husband said he had been in the Army. We did spend a little more than we hoped, although they did give us a couple of discounts and even honored an earlier end-of-month discount that Manny gave us but that had expired when we came in a few days later. Subaru does not over-produce vehicles which is a very green way to do business but makes it harder to negotiate for vehicles (law of supply and demand is on their side), but it makes it frustrating to find what you want... we were lucky that Tucson Subaru had one Forester on their lot that suited our needs. I understand not wanting to glut the market, but having a few more vehicles (Forester especially) on the lot from which to choose would be helpful. Other than that - we got just what we wanted and Manny, Louie and their team were wonderful. We have not dealt with the service side yet - I am hoping they meet the standard of their sales dept. More

They drug it out to a 8 hour ordeal and promised to replace a part on the jeep that was broken never happened. This had pretty much turned me off on dealerships, I decided after two years I would look for something new but was dreading the amount of time I would have to spend dealing with it.
