Very good I came in as a first time car buyer and I was pretty nervous. I was looking at the Subaru wrx and I had a limited experience with manual transmissions I came in as a first time car buyer and I was pretty nervous. After I had purchased the car he even offered to drive to my house so I didn't have to drive it in traffic for the first time. The dealership is very nice and friendly. Disappointed with my sales experience. Let me start by saying I inquired about a vehicle via the website on a day the dealership was closed. I was pleasantly surprised I was contacted by a sales team member the same day and began negotiations immediatly to earn my business. The salesman and I exchanged atleast 5 emails prior to my going to the dealer. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday noon with the same sales person. My drive to the dealership is approximately a 30-40 minute drive on a Saturday with no traffic. As I am about 2 miles from the dealership, I receive a phone call from my salesman advising he had another customer show up and could I reschedule for 330 in the afternoon, reluctantly I agreed as he sold me on he wanted to give me his un divided attention. I drive the 30-40 minutes back home to turn around and drive back arriving exactly at 330. My salesman comes out and says he is finishing with another customer, he will go to the back and pull the car around front for my wife and I to look at while he finishes. My wife and I wait about 20-25 minutes, I go walk around looking at other vehicles in the showroom, my salesman walks over to my wife and tells her "I'm sorry and embarrassed but the vehicle is sold". What a waste of an entire Saturday!!!! More
