Ease of shopping I recently was looking into getting into a brand new car, and it wound up being between a Ford and a Subaru (I know, oranges and apples), but I wound I recently was looking into getting into a brand new car, and it wound up being between a Ford and a Subaru (I know, oranges and apples), but I wound up going with the Subaru due to the people there, along with the quality of the car. My salesman, Kevin W, was very approachable and gentle about the sale, not pushing or being aggressive. He was able to answer all of my questions that I had about the vehicle, and has done followups making sure that I like the car, and to see if I have developed any questions about it yet. The finance manager, Traci, was hilarious, professional, and honest. She informed me about everything and again wasn't pushing me into an uncomfortable zone. She was able to explain where all the numbers came from, gave me numerous quotes, and was very flexible towards what I wanted to get. Due to this visit, I would highly recommend working with both of these two extraordinary employees. They are worth working with and cut straight to the point. Thank you both of you! More
