Tim, the finance officer is a down to earth person. He made sure to make sense of everything there was in my financial and vehicle situation. Steve and Ken were great people, not salesman, making sure there were no pressure in the decisions I made. After looking for over a year for a replacement vehicle, testing Toyotas, VWs, Kias, and Volvos, we decided to look at Subaru's. We drove one several years ago and were not impressed. How times have changed. WOW! We lucked out getting Trent as our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Hands down, the Subaru Outback met ALL of our criteria for a vehicle and had all the new safety features. After purchase, Trent spent about 2 hours going over the vehicle so I would feel comfortable driving it (it didn't help that a monsoon storm came down just then!) Very positive experience with the sales experience; am hoping the service is just as positive. More

Three years later I called him up requesting information on my car, Jack happened to not be at work at the time but recieved the call on his personal cell phone. After I told him my first name and that i was calling from my hometown of San Antonio, Jack remebered the exact car he had sold me and alot of information about me. I dont think you will find a more sincere and courteous salesperson that takes the time to make the whole experience as personal as can be and still remembers you years down the line. More
