She said she would call you and never did nor did she come back to me to say whether you were in. While we were looking over the lot no one even approached us. We were looking around for at least 30 minutes. frankly have never been to a dealership where we were not approached to see if we needed any help . We left disappointed by the customer service. I did see a few sales people standing around and cant believe the that the front desk girl wouldn't let us know if you were in or not and if you weren't wouldn't have gotten someone else to help us. I would have expected a lot more. I will forward this to your owner because I cant believe this is how he would want a potential customer to be treated.' More

Larry was informative without being "pushy" and really listened to what I was telling him I was looking for without trying to convincing me to look at something I didn't want. I found the perfect vehicle for me with Larry's help and would recommend him to my friends. More

Even after going onto the Subaru website to look at the various options, I still had multiple questions for Kevin, and he answered all of them in a cordial manner; very professional, never condescending. After making my decisions on what to buy and which options, I was off to the Finance Department, where I met Curt McHenry. Curt reviewed everything I had agreed to with Kevin. He then explained a few additional options; never being impatient, and reviewed the pros and cons for each. Curt let me make the final decisions. Curt made the financial arrangements and agreement easy to understand. Another professional experience. While the car was being readied, Kevin took me over to the Parts Department, where I was introduced to Derek Monetti, my parts advisor. Derek set up the order for a few options that were not in stock, and told me right then and there when they world arrive. Now, that's professional. Next stop, scheduling... Kevin escorted me to the Service Department where I was introduced to Dan Ford. Dan scheduled the installation of the new parts on a date and time that fitted my (sometimes hectic) schedule. Again, very professional. My new car was ready to be driven away when Kevin did a very wonderful thing: he went over all the buttons, and knobs, and switches with me. But wait, the story isn't over... Kevin excuses himself, goes back into the showroom, and the Sales Manager, Loren Henry, comes out to personally thank me for my purchase of a new 2016 Subaru Forester! Wow, I thought, what a nice touch. Then Kevin appears with a bouquet of 12 red roses. WOW! Now that makes a woman feel special! I would certainly unconditionally recommend Tucson Subaru to everyone looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle. And it's not just because of the roses; it's because of Kevin, Curt, Derek, Dan, and Loren, whose good nature, helpful manner, and professionalism made my experience a real joy. Every time I look at my new car, I smile. Thanks fellas. More

Jack can be counted on to do an outstanding job for any customer. Tim Hanson in Finance is extremely knowledgeable and competent, and continues Tucson Subaru's commitment to making the buying process a pleasant one. Manager Louie Ascencio also is excellent. Yesterday I took my Outback in for its first 6-month oil change and tire rotation. Dan Ford in Service completes the picture of why I'm glad I bought a Subaru. Again, professionalism rules. An additional bonus is the attractiveness of the waiting area: comfortable seating with large TV, separate tables for those needing computer workspace, and a delightful array of flavored coffees. Great service I bought a used, 2013 Subie through an internet search. The salesman responded quickly to my inquiries. I live in Colorado so the deal was made over I bought a used, 2013 Subie through an internet search. The salesman responded quickly to my inquiries. I live in Colorado so the deal was made over the phone and I flew down. The salesman also offered to pick me up from the airport, saving me a cab ride in. The car was clean and as advertised. I happily drove it 11 hours home! More

My husband was in contact with Trent Nichols through Internet Sales, and told him what we were looking for and when we would be in to test drive a vehicle. When we arrived, Trent had the vehicle ready to go so that we didn't have to wait around. When we completed the test drive, Trent had all the information ready that my husband had requested. Naturally, I changed course and decided I wanted a different color vehicle with a few more "extras" on it. It didn't take Trent long to pull together the paperwork on the vehicle that I wanted and we were able to complete the sale in a short amount of time. Working with Trent was great!! He was well prepared when we arrived at the dealership, and was able to answer all our questions. His knowledge of Subarus is astounding and he was able to clearly explain all the features on my Outback. Trent wasn't high pressure, which is a huge plus in our book. He is very easy going and personable. I would definitely return to Tucson Subaru and purchase another vehicle from Trent! More
