He knew every detail about either car and was able to answer any question I had - "I don't know" and I can't" are not in his vocabulary. When I almost totaled my new Forester just 4 days later he helped me through the process ahd offered to make phone calls to my insurance agents for me when I couldn't get them to respond. I would go back to Trent anytime for another car (I plan on keeping this one for a while though, sorry!). More

We explained why we were there and what we wanted. He quickly went to work, sorting through the available inventory to find the correct vehicle to meet our needs and wants while staying within our budget. There was no high pressure sales speech, no trying to sell us something we didn't need or want. He respectfully asked a few questions to get our perspective and then got the process moving. He produced a reasonable estimate and trade in offer, found a suitable car for us, got the extra items we desired installed on it, had Louie Ascencio work up a great finance package for us and kept us well informed throughout the entire process.
