An Excellent Experience I've been a Subaru fan since my original purchase of a Forester back in 2005. I've always enjoyed excellent service and a professional, friendly staff during my service visits through the years. I knew in advance that I was going to purchase a 2015 Outback this time around and I worked with Joe Micoletti from start to finish. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. He was patient and I never felt pressured or rushed. Tim Hanson handled the finance part of the deal and was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. All in all an easy, no-pressure, no hassle experience and I strongly recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone. Oh and by the way, the Outback is an incredible car and I'm loving every minute of driving it! An Awesome Experience I and my Wife began our new car search on line. This I highly recommend! We were not bombarded with Sales people upon our arrival and we showed up, te I and my Wife began our new car search on line. This I highly recommend! We were not bombarded with Sales people upon our arrival and we showed up, test drove two vehicles in mind and purchased one of them. The whole time we were treated with respect and on our limited time schedule, Tucson Subaru Staff, had us in and out in just over two hours. Great experience I had decided to turn in my 18 year old (!) Forester for a new one. I knew ahead of time what I wanted, since I had such good luck with my 1998 Fores I had decided to turn in my 18 year old (!) Forester for a new one.
