I love my Outback! I went to Tucson Subaru to look at a Crosstrek but after talking to our salesman Trent we ultimately decided that an outback would be the best fit for I went to Tucson Subaru to look at a Crosstrek but after talking to our salesman Trent we ultimately decided that an outback would be the best fit for our needs. Open, friendly and very professional staff. Being a Subaru family, my wife and I knew where to go to find a new car after living in England (carless!!) for almost three years. We were very pleased with both the physical facility and the staff of Tucson Subaru. Our vehicle options were explained in careful detail and we never felt rushed or pressured into anything we didn't need. We ordered a specific set of features and returned to England to arrange our move back to the US. The car arrived before we did but the dealership was very forthcoming in holding the vehicle until we were able to come in and take possession. All in all, we had a very satisfactory experience with Steve Willis and all the staff at Tucson Subaru. We feel everyone exhibited a highly ethical way of doing business and we would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
