Kevin knew I was a "Subaru person" I just received my "Drive" magazine and wanted to share my story too! Not long ago I had to give up my beloved Subaru Baja and it was heart-breaking! I just received my "Drive" magazine and wanted to share my story too! Not long ago I had to give up my beloved Subaru Baja and it was heart-breaking! In preparing to part with it, I told myself, "well, it must be time for a more 'sophisticated' car". I went out and test drove several luxury cars, then stopped in Tucson Subaru, just for "sentimental" reasons. When Kevin approached me on the lot, guardedly I said "Let's cut to the chase. I've been driving some fancy cars today so don't try to sell me on bells and whistles. But what I liked about my Baja was the FUN! Now, what can you show me?" And Kevin didn't miss a beat! He said ''Let me bring something around" and he disappeared and drove up a beautiful WRX from the back lot in the color he had seen me admiring on a Crosstrek. Obviously he nailed it! I was instantly impressed. On the test drive I was practically giddy! Throughout, Kevin was so personable and helpful, answered dozens questions and cracked jokes with me about the complete mental 180 I was doing in my car buying attitude. At one point he said, "You're just a Subaru person" and I heartily agreed. Later that week I went after work to complete the transaction and Kevin ended up staying late to take care of everything. Louie from finance was also outstanding, since I had another several dozen questions for him too. No one tried to sell or push me anything that I did not want, they listened, met my needs, and put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. Outstanding service! I am so glad to be a part of the Subaru family, having a blast driving my WRX! More

He was an amazing person and if it wasn't for him I would have went else where. It's hard to find an honest salesman but he is one of them. I never owned a subaru before but I'll be telling any family or friends I have to see Manny at subaru because he was honest and straight forward. You never get that just someone always trying to pressure you to buy more then you can at the highest amount. It was the best car buying experience I ever had.
