Curt is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what made Subaru's different from other cars, and even took to the time to explain the small differences between our top two choices, the Impreza wagon and the Crosstrek. He did not pressure us into buying and made sure that we were getting the vehicle that we needed and wanted, which in the end was the Crosstrek. Tim was very patient, personable, and explained every detail of the purchase during the finance stage. He was also very human and did not force us to add anything or buy anything that would not benefit us. Overall, this was a great experience and we will definitely return to Tucson Subaru for our next vehicle. More

Wonderful car buying experience My wife and I came in to compare the new Outback to last year's model, as well as the Forester, and we ended up driving away in a brand new Outback - My wife and I came in to compare the new Outback to last year's model, as well as the Forester, and we ended up driving away in a brand new Outback - which we couldn't love more. The entire experience was very honest, incredibly low-pressure and quite enjoyable. Curt McHenry was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us the information we were looking for on the model comparisons, and his patience made us feel like we could take all night to make our decision (and we almost did - we were the last ones to leave, after closing time - but not one person made us feel rushed). Traci in finance was very pleasant and honest with us, and made us feel comfortable and allowed us the time to discuss the decisions - no pressure. Even so, it was the most efficient and smooth new car contract process i have ever experienced!
